COVID-19 petri dish

Pros

competitive pay, flexible scheduling, technology updated

Cons

Very little to no sick/vacation time. Forces people to work with Covid exposure, & doesn’t care about quarantining people. People come to work sick or face their hours being cut, or be fired. If you are sick, don’t go to a Trihealth agency, or you may very well be exposed to COVID while you are getting tested for it!

Pros

In my time there I found plenty of inspiration for all the ways I have never and will never choose to be as a leader. There was no shortage of examples observed and personally experienced of employee mistreatment and disregard for their wellbeing.

Cons

There is an extremely toxic work culture. Employees are routinely overworked and under extreme pressure. It is expected that you will continue to perform and prove you’re there to SERVE. Most dedicated professionals understand that putting in extra hours is often necessary but there should be boundaries. You can forget about that happy little work-life balance concept if you really want to work for TriHealth. There is no clear direction and no organized processes to evaluate incoming work so it is constant chaos and very poor change management. Leaders are consumed by their dashboard metrics that ultimately determine their bonus at the end of the year. It’s not really about doing the right thing and leading courageously to address the serious problems that exist.
