Pros

Many locations , so commute is good.

Cons

Employers are overworked for little pay. Management has too many meetings and silly acronyms but cares nothing about actual patient care. It's definitely a Business which Mark Clements is running into the ground. A lot of unhappy employees.

Pros

Great Co-workers, facility clean. Safety is always first for all.

Cons

Its all about the bottom dollar, not not patients or the staff. Trihealth is the lowest paying facility around, not competitive pay at all, raises are not based individual performance but, units. For TriHealth its about how many patients can you see per hour, not quality care.

Pros

1st day benefits Experience available above your current position Ample opportunities for cross training

Cons

Expectation of performing duties not in job description Company hires outside, underqualified people at lower salaries with the lure of opportunity of gaining experience, then burns them out Below avg raises and benefit rollback for qualified clinical employees, while giving huge raises and benefits to employees with zero education or training Huge management turnover every 5-7 years Horrible communication between management and supervisors and supervisors and employees Extremely cliquey and corrupt. If you want to be treated well, you MUST interact outside of work.
