Where to start...
- If you aren't sure if your potential boss is someone you'd like to work for, no matter what the offer is, walk away. It's not worth it. Who you report to has way to much power to make or break your time at TrNet. A number of managers, directors and VPs don't know how to manage people to an extent that it's hard to believe they were trained at all. They do not support their teams, there is heavy favoritism that is not based on performance and one in particular who is rude to his employees and can often be heard swearing and yelling inappropriate things on the phone. It seems that the longer you've been at the company, the more you can get away with.
-CEO Directs do not communicate well with the company as a whole.
-There is high turnover so some projects and processes lag or change so much that they no longer make sense.
-The culture in the larger offices is generally positive but I've heard that the smaller offices can be unpleasant.
-You will get emails almost every day saying that some part of the platform is down or underperforming. Knowing that made me uncomfortable in sales.
