Pros

Remote and hybrid work flexibility.

Cons

Since the leadership shift, the "people-first" culture has been gutted. It’s now a revolving door of layoffs and restructuring. You are a number, not an employee. The workload increases with every "reduction in force," but the compensation stays stagnant. It’s a high-stress environment where the reward for good work is simply more work from the person they just laid off.

Pros

It's basically a nice place to work. They promote work-life balance and an extremely professional corporate culture. From an engineering perspective they do things basically the right way.

Cons

The culture can be cold and unfeeling. There is essentially no team-building nor is there any attention paid to morale.

Pros

Everyone in my department at least is so nice and willing to help you! I haven't interacted with many people across the company, but the company culture is pretty good.

Cons

A slightly competitive culture which can be difficult at times
