      Make sure you end up on the right team. Some Regional Managers are clueless.

      Pros

      they hire awesome people you want to work with and commissions and pay are generous.

      Cons

      i really can't think of any. it's a good company and you are treated with respect.

      Pros

      Strong base pay and my peers were a great group. Very knowledgeable. The internal Comp and Benefits group were great. Very hard working. Implementation group tried to get it right.

      Cons

      Higher level Sales Management was confused at best. Flavor of the month type stuff. Lacked clarity and direction. Forcing Sales Managers to hire reps to hit a quota is not a good business model. Look at the turnover ratio. When I left it was in the 40% range. Way too high for a company paying reps $80-90k base. Their stock price should say it all.
