Pros

TriNet is a company that prides itself on making its employees happy, which is why I find it to be the best company to work for! The management team is extremely dedicated to all of the sale reps, and is always giving generous incentives for when we meet and exceed our quotas. In addition to that, the senior level executives are extremely involved in all that the sales department does, and they are always keeping us up to date on best practices. Moreover, the company provides endless opportunities for movement within it, as well as impressive salaries, bonuses and benefits, which start day one of hire. To conclude, TriNet has a one-of-a-kind culture that is recognized every day that I come into work, and I am proud to be one its many happy employees. I look forward to a lifelong career here.

Cons

I do not feel that the company as a whole has any cons, but if I had to come up with something for the sales department, it would be the blackout days on PTO during our “Championship Season.” From September 1st to November 15th, the sales department is not allowed any PTO due to this being a significant time for us to get as many deals lined up and closed as possible. This is not something that should hinder someone’s decision in accepting a sales role with TriNet, but if something should come up last minute during this time frame, it is good to know that you would not be allowed the time off to go anywhere.

Positive comments from current employees such as yourself please us very much and they underscore why TriNet was just named a “Best and Brightest Company to Work For” by the National Association for Business Resources. We do understand that there are demands we place on certain departments during critical business periods. We realize the impact on everyone’s life and please know that we don’t make these decisions lightly. Those business demands are felt throughout the company, from top management on down, and we all share in the hard work and determination it takes to be the best PEO in the industry. Thank you for your commitment, for your kind words, and for your ongoing contributions.

Pros

Decent salary. Few good people in a mix of sales dinasaours , not age wise, thought wise. Most upper mgmt equivalent to car salesman cartoon illustrations. Yes, listed as pro. My manager was one of the few decent ones.

Cons

No work/life balance, Inept mgmt across the board, horrible product to sell, poisonous culture, very strongly suggest anyone looking for a real career to run.
