Pros

Decent salary. Few good people in a mix of sales dinasaours , not age wise, thought wise. Most upper mgmt equivalent to car salesman cartoon illustrations. Yes, listed as pro. My manager was one of the few decent ones.

Cons

No work/life balance, Inept mgmt across the board, horrible product to sell, poisonous culture, very strongly suggest anyone looking for a real career to run.

Pros

Awesome benefits and an amazing product that I was proud to sell.

Cons

Since going public the culture completely changed. They were adamant about having 16-20 appointments a month and 4 RFP's. If you didn't get this you were on the chopping block despite the fact that you literally had to do EVERYTHING including preparing your own presentations from scratch, marketing, demos, analysis and RFP's. The process for submitting was daunting to say the least with a miliion rules and no structured process so mistakes were common and you got email blasted to the higher ups if you made one. The amount of paperwork and preparation that had to be done was a full time job in and of itself. However, they could care less. The managers are paid on how many meetings you have which is ridiculous! No wonder that's all they care about. It should be based on revenue not on meetings. The company has lost over 50% of it's stock value this year in large part due to the way they have handled their employees. I've never seen such bad retention rates. They definitely oversold the position and what would be expected.

Pros

Good opportunity, pleasing working environment. Co-works friendly and most helpful. The training is better than average and they definitely want you to be equipped for success. The technology to support your efforts is above average.

Cons

Very bus dress environment . Not necessary. If you are older than 35 you will probably not be considered for employment. Culture caters to those in their 20's and thirties. They are not as diverse as they want you to believe. The hiring managers think they are being progressive in hiring most younger work force but what they are actually doing is supporting ageism. Having a a more age diverse environment would help in their sales initiatives and keeping it real.... I am 30 and was aware of this....
