Great company to work with.

Cons

The management is too focussed on short term. Too many people moving in and out at the management level, Too many Indians especially Telugu (language spoken in some state in native country) speaking guys who speak telugu even during meetings.

The PTO structure, however not sure it could ever be used

ZERO training! Myself and a few others were thrown into our positions without the promised training and our clients knew it! The ability to fake knowledge only goes so far! Our area is so short handed that the official boot camp training was cancelled three times.
