      Pros

      Good benefits, growing company and lots of good people to work with.

      Cons

      Confusing review process, poor annual raises, hard to advance into other areas if you do not know someone. Hire too much from the outside, especially in Sales. Turnover is horrible and bad for morale.

      Benefits work life balance people but if health benefits is top then this place is the cats meow. Also if you like flexibility and dont feel you need to acutally do work perfect

      Lack of transparency no direction from upper management always changing comp plans in addtion changing your territory. Also people play sides
