Pros

The industry presents a ton of opportunity. Surrounded by many talented and driven colleagues. Successful reps are rewarded and recognized well.

Cons

Limited focus on promoting from within. Male dominant sales leadership expansion. No active development and promotion of talent across all departments. There are 'trainings' but no focus on what the employee would like to achieve in their career. Very difficult for new sales reps to be successful, there does not exist effective product, industry and especially FIELD training; leaders manage spreadsheets of numbers only.

We appreciate your valuable and candid feedback. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected category, including gender. As you’ve observed, the colleagues you work with are quite talented, and we feel that talent extends to recognizing good ideas when they surface. To that end, we have forwarded your comments to management. Thank you for your input!

Pros

I came to TriNet from ADP- the competitor- the main reason I came to TriNet was the culture. Every employee here demonstrates and will expand on the culture of TriNet. We have professional goals that when completed spin off on our personal goals. Everyone here generally cares, and cares to know about each other. Most importantly, we believe in the value of the product, the services, and the team behind them. We have seen them work- seen them help companies grow- and see the clients who need us become excited to have us.

Cons

This is not a job you show up to everyday and sit down at. This is not a job for someone who just wants to do the bare minimum and then go home. TriNet holds you accountable, they make you grow personally and professionally. If you don't want to be held accountable- to write down and physically commit to goals then this isn't the job for you.
