      Pros

      Good company to start with if you need to gain some experience and then transition to a better opportunity. Good friendly work environment, most of the employees are good people.

      Cons

      The greatest set back seems to be the disorganized corporate structure, at times it seems like a really top heavy company were there much too many managers and executives and yet not enough leaders and will to get their hands dirty and actually work to get goals accomplished.

      Poor organization and poor decision-making in regards to services offered as a PEO to other businesses.
