Pros

Solid onboarding and training for new hire. Good resources and tech stack.

Cons

Incredibly hard to build pipeline and set initial meetings with prospects. Not sure if it’s the product, territory, or something else.

Too Many Layoffs

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Remote, good health benefits, good colleagues

Cons

All of the layoffs. Since Burton left all this company is focusing on is outsourcing. Certain that I’ll be laid off soon. I used to praise this company to everyone but the culture and environment is not the same.

Pros

Diversity: The company values diversity, which can contribute to a more inclusive and varied work environment. Bonus Pay: The availability of bonus pay adds an extra financial incentive and can reward performance.

Cons

Low Pay: The base salary is not competitive, making it harder to feel valued financially. Micromanagement: Employees often experience micromanagement, which can hinder productivity and job satisfaction. Ineffective HR Support: HR does not address retaliation issues or provide effective resolutions, leading to frustration. Favoritism: There’s a clear bias in the workplace, which can affect morale and create an uneven work environment. Lack of Recognition: The company tends to focus on mistakes rather than acknowledging good work, which can feel demotivating.
