Great Benefits. That's about it.

Cons

Terrible work environment and culture despite what they'll try to sell you during the recruitment process. They lie and mislead you to believe you will make much more money there than what the reality is. They regularly make "mistakes" when paying employees their due commissions, which always take months to clear up and that's only if the employee themselves first recognizes the mistake and pushes the issue. I could go on and on but you get the idea. Unless you are younger and inexperienced looking for something to gain experience for better opportunities STAY AWAY

The only pro would be the health benefits.

Cons

Management is all promoted mainly because of tenure and not because of qualifications. Corporate HR has no backbone and will not stand up for you which is odd since it's an HR company. This place is just a stepping stone for somewhere better managed.

Pros

Free coffee and a yearly trip to an over the top all hands that is a huge waste of money.

Cons

Trinet is out of touch from the smug out of date training in Florida to the ultra confusing operations. They have thrown their IPO money around to try and buy fixes to common sense issue. Leadership is a good ol boys club that don't understand modern workflow. They brand themselves as a Tech Savvy company which is far from the truth, this is outsourced HR and they can't even provide quality internal HR. I don't know how they are making any money.
