Pros

Collaborative environment, employee centric culture, customer focused, flexible, innovative, multiple virtual application platforms available to work from home, fast paced, high engagement of employees, opportunities available for growth and development, promote from within, and collect feedback from employees on a regular basis. Employees are very helpful and friendly.

Cons

With growth comes growing pains. Need to reevaluate service delivery model and systems as the company continues to grow. What can we offer outside-of-the-box that is innovative and not easy to duplicate?

Pros

Generous benefits and options, good pay, stable company growing rapidly, flexible hours, hard to get fired.

Cons

Every new hire is a "manager" appointed to "manage" all the previous hires at that position. Employees with experience are demoted by having management hired over them. Huge lack of direction from management. Products with months of work put into them are scrapped on a whim. Project timelines are often done in the wrong order with things like design being done following the execution.

Pros

The culture at TriNet allows and encourages employees to meet their potential while maintaining a great work/life balance. I like the team I work with and my management team is very supportive.

Cons

My major issue with TriNet is a lack of Red Bull. Red Bull is the life blood of a sales team and I feel it should be raining from the skies. (not literally of course, that'd make a mess)
