Pros

Integrated HR and benefits outsourcing in comprehensive way, applying effectively to medium to large companies

Cons

Changing so quickly as to be confusing and bewildering to those in customer service (as to what clients could expect, or how to articulate the range of services)

Pros

Flexibility, great coworkers, mostly interesting work, great variety and good clients. Efforts are made to appreciate high performing employees.

Cons

Company adding workload to various roles without adding more resources, in denial of the toll it takes on people - instead claiming people are resistant to change if they raise concerns

Thank you for sharing your perspective as a long tenured employee. As you can attest to, TriNet has experienced tremendous growth. We do take pride in our exceptional employees, and continue to look for new ways to recognize and reward high performing individuals in ways that are meaningful to them. Our Organizational & Talent Development team is in the midst of bringing change management courses to all colleagues in the organization and we will continue on that path as the year progresses. It is important to us that all colleagues, including mid-level managers and our front-line teams, have the appropriate tools to adapt to the fast-paced and ever changing environment at TriNet. We will take your input and share as appropriate to ensure it will be heard. Thank you for your dedicated service and for taking the time to let us know how we can become better. All the best for your future endeavors!

Pros

Potential for work from home days, but it depends on who you report to and there's been a lot of change in the department.

Cons

There is very poor employee morale, too many layoffs as they acquire companies has lead to a lot of grumbling. There is little to no individual recognition for performance and little to no room for advancement. When I was there management looked down upon ambitious individuals, and even made sexist and age biased remarks.

If you are a current employee, please give us an opportunity to address and hopefully resolve the frustrations you’re experiencing. TriNet takes allegations of sexist and age biased remarks very seriously and encourage you to contact your office’s HR business partner so that an investigation and the appropriate disciplinary action can be taken. We are in an exciting period of rapid growth as a company, but we understand frequent changes can be difficult to experience. Turnover is a natural part of any progression, but we are glad to report our acquisitions have resulted in more new positions within the company rather than layoffs. Through this growth, we hope to offer more small businesses HR management services and help them navigate an increasingly complex environment.
