      A revolving door of total dysfunction

      Pros

      The people here really care. They are good, well-meaning people and they care about their roles and the customer. The new Dublin office is very nice. Some people don't like the open floor plan, but it's bright and has wonderful views of the mountains. There are a lot of "long time" TriNet employees that have a wealth of tribal knowledge and history.

      Cons

      Executive Leadership is utterly clueless. It's a very political place. $$$$ The company pays lip service to the customer and employees, but the primary driver is purely financial. $$$$ Management can't see more than one quarter beyond today.

      Absolutely horrible management- clearly a boys club and 6 of the 8 managers shouldn’t even have their jobs. Heavy churn and burn atmosphere w unfair comp plans

      Salary was good, no complaints there.

      Cons

      People were toxic. Management was useless. I got hired and within 2 months my boss was fired. Coworkers would actively sabotage and hide information to make themselves look better. Talking to anyone in my chain of command up to the C-level yielded no results due to intense siloing.
