Pros

Nothing positive currently. Opportunity to revive company through change of leadership and mid-management

Cons

Experiencing 40%+ turnover. Poor for any firm, even worse for a company that supposedly provides HR best practices.

Pros

Job security. They hold on to everyone because they need bodies. Management is "nice" to your face. Expert manipulators. Sad.

Cons

Horrifying micromanagement. No innovation in process or product. Advised to lie to clients about technical aspects of product on daily basis- among other things. They rely on awful chaotic PowerPoints for training. Management is more of a regime in a constant dictator style power struggle than anything. No actual leadership. Champion season. Just ask anyone in the company. It's straight up slave labor.

Pros

Great benefits, cool technology. TriNet has a brand name that is marketable in one's career. If you play the politics, career advancement is a possibility. If you can't, you will be pushed out.

Cons

Leadership in Sales is toxic. Environment went from inspiring to threatening in a matter of a few months. TriNet has promoted inept and emotionally unintelligent individuals to run sales and people are leaving in troves.
