      Pros

      The PEO and HR outsourcing business makes a lot of sense if you know how to challenge sale at the C level. Good administrative support for the sales team. It's really a consulting sale and a relationship business.

      Cons

      The company restructured their national sales team when they went public laying off arounfd 70 people of which I was 67.
