Pros

1st line managers and peers are generally helpful and supportive. There are many good, smart people here keeping the lights on Good commission structure Brand Recognition is high in a somewhat niche industry

Cons

Recent leadership changes has the future uncertain Underwriting has begun pricing very high to conserve the book, killing deals Unnecessarily high amount of backend work reps need to do to progress deals

Awful since the new CEO

Pros

The people except senior leadership especially within the hr team. Pay and benefits were good.

Cons

Senior people leadership team are either spineless or examples of failing up. One in particular is a perpetrator of chaos by creating a toxic environment yet remains unchecked. She is a horrible and untrustworthy leader; if you want your business to be shared, she’s your go to. It’s comical how delusional and erratic she is, it should be noted she runs the talent team. The sales team is a disaster and the new CRO has only made it worse, has not a clue as to what he’s doing. Unless you’re in India or Atlanta, good luck with any career growth.

Pros

Opportunity to build customer service skills Some coworkers were friendly

Cons

No HR accountability or protection for employees Internal complaints redirected back to the same individuals involved No follow-through from HR partners like TriNet — cases closed without proper investigation Newer hires prioritized over long-term employees in scheduling and earning potential Management avoided responsibility, enabling unfair treatment No benefits, little transparency, and inconsistent scheduling practices Retaliation when raising legitimate concerns
