TriNet is awesome!

Pros

Great pay, supportive leadership, and fulfilling work. TriNet has an awesome culture where excellence is the standard. The pay is higher than average for the industry and top performers are consistently promoted. Semi-annual bonuses and raises are tied to the company's performance, so when TriNet wins, you win. Executive leaders have the vision required to grow and evolve the company in a sustainable way. Work/life balance is expected and modeled by leaders, allowing everyone to take time off to recharge.

Cons

Change is the only constant. TriNet is constantly evolving to build an enduring company. While this can be difficult, it is also encouraging to see the dedication our most senior leaders have to making sure TriNet is built to last. With bonuses and raises (for non-commissioned colleagues) tied to the company's performance, you may have a very successful year, but if the company doesn't perform your bonus/raise may not be all that you expected. During busy periods you will be asked to put in the time needed to make sure TriNet is successful.

Great Company to work for

Pros

-Resources for sales people, tons of training and technology to make you successful -Management and leadership investment in your success, they say it all the time, but they also mean it and will follow through on supporting you to succeed -Positive work environment with helpful and non-toxic coworkers -Huge income potential -Good mix of structure and resources of a larger company, but they still value creativity and allow for new ideas

Cons

This job is hard work. They hire sales consultants that have 5+ years of sales experience that are likely not expecting to have to hit the phones and prospect in the way you have to for this job. On top of that it's a very complicated sale, there are tons of intricacies and the learning curve is steep.

Pros

Great people (engineers), dedicated and hard workers.

Cons

Worst leadership and are very selfish. All good senior leadership left and most ineligible are sitting on top. Spent millions in ‘people matter’ campaign but they don’t care their own people
