Many reps dont make it out of training. After you start they have you sign something that says they can fire you if you dont hit performance goals in three months, and many people get fired. Imagine leaving a successful job on a promise of a good org and being fired after 3 months because your boss doesnt like you? I saw it many times. Every competitor is growing. Trinet is not. That means theyre losing marketshare. Tech looks like its from 2019. People who buy trinet are not educated consumers.
