Pros

Strong base pay and my peers were a great group. Very knowledgeable. The internal Comp and Benefits group were great. Very hard working. Implementation group tried to get it right.

Cons

Higher level Sales Management was confused at best. Flavor of the month type stuff. Lacked clarity and direction. Forcing Sales Managers to hire reps to hit a quota is not a good business model. Look at the turnover ratio. When I left it was in the 40% range. Way too high for a company paying reps $80-90k base. Their stock price should say it all.

Great colleagues, lack of executive leadership

Pros

There are a ton of highly capable talented colleagues who are passionate about their work.

Cons

The company is in crisis due to a lack of executive leadership. They hired a SVP of HR who is openly known to be a bully. This is one in a long sting of senior leadership misses that is deteriorating the company, the culture and their ability to retain staff. There is a serious lack of engagement and a talent exodus that will make the next few years a challenge.
