Run! Don't walk from TriNet. The culture is quickly going down the drain.

Pros

Clients are great. Most of the people are great. It was once a great company that could easily be great again if the CEO would just recognize what is happening to his company at the hands of one person. If you like anxiety, constantly being belittled and demoralized, or if you enjoy being bullied by someone who has no qualifications or experience in your job, then this is the place for you!

Cons

Brady Mickelsen, the CLO. He has ruined the company and made it a nightmare to work at. Like a tyrant, he has created a regime of oppression, given his team tyrannical control over every aspect of the organization and has made it impossible for anyone to do their job. The result is a culture where the legal department can say or do whatever they please, continuously putting people down, demeaning their work and pulling the rug out from under us at a whim. And it's felt in every aspect of the organization. Indeed, it's the hottest topic of conversation and people have either thrown up their hands entirely and stopped caring about anything but collecting a paycheck or have left...and many of the good ones are dropping like flies.
