While brief, your comments do speak volumes. Your “Pros” are very true and we thank you for pointing them out, but your “Cons” do deserve a response. Yes, growth can be difficult, but without it we cannot be the company our clients and employees expect us to be. And, we are consistently developing additional training and development opportunities to help our colleagues advance, and in fact we have an entire team dedicated to just that. As always, specific concerns can be taken up with your managers and your dedicated Human Resources Business Partner. We hope you will take advantage of those opportunities as best you can.

Pros

Smart aggressive team. Industry verticalization has merit. Co-operation is emphasized. Impressive technology.

Cons

Brutal corporate culture, this job is not for everyone. Compensation plan has been steadily getting worse. Unfortunately, territory changes have been disruptive, and commission sharing has become the norm.
