Great company but must be open to change

Pros

Fantastic company who values their employees, bi-annual bonus, 401k 100% matching up to 4%, generous contribution for benefits (90% paid for employees, 75% for dependents) PTO/Sick Leave/Floating Holidays/13 paid holidays per year.

Cons

Work life balance can be challenging, company is in a heavy growth phase so lots of OT. Otherwise, no real cons.

Great Company - Depends in the Manager

Pros

Benefits and pay and the PTO. Bonuses are nice but expectations are high

Cons

Managers are all different, there’s not communication anywhere and if you’re in payroll get ready for micromanaging
