Interestingly enough, while we have been undergoing change to keep pace with a marketplace that is going through transformation on many levels, our culture is one that has actually grown organically over the more than 25 years of our existence as a company. At TriNet, we allow our employees to help shape our culture. For example, on Big Sunday, colleagues are encouraged to choose a local school or shelter to volunteer for and TriNet foots the bill. Also the Best Place to Work Survey is another example - Corporate HR takes action and makes improvements based on the results. We make every effort to welcome new colleagues to this culture that has proven to benefit our employees, our clients and the company.
