Pros

Great team atmosphere, sales incentives and contests keep people motivated, huge opportunities to make a lot of money.

Cons

Make sure you are a HIGHLY motivated sales rep - expectations are set extremely high, work/life balance is difficult, they cut overtime for the department until Championship Season.

Pros

Very generous benefit package that started day 1 of employment, including medical, dental, vision, 401k. The 401k even matched starting day 1 as well as 100% vesting day 1. Fun work atmosphere as long as you don't have an overbearing manager, which is a crapshoot. The sales department itself had a fun culture; always doing contests and giveaways.

Cons

Tedious day to day work. Depending on the time of year, the requirement was anywhere between 50-100 cold calls per day. Great product, but also a hard sell. Also, around the time I left, management was starting to micromanage more and more.
