      Core values and culture are fantastic. Client needs come first. Very few politics. Leaders are highly ethical.

      Cons

      Growing pains sometimes result in less than best practices internally, but rarely impact clients.

      Pros

      Great benefits, lots of opportunities for promotion. They do promote from within.

      Cons

      A lot of offices closed so they are rather spread out now. If I lived close to one of them I would still happily be working for them.
