As to the holiday issue, to meet the needs of our customers and business, you may be required to work on a holiday observed by TriNet (“observed holiday”), if applicable law does not prohibit such a requirement. Non-exempt employees required to work on an observed holiday receive pay at the rate of time and a half for all non-overtime hours worked and in addition, holiday pay for working on the observed holiday.
