      Great culture, performance based pay, team based selling environment, high expectations but high level of management attention and support.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment is not for everyone, must be used to large amounts of activity but rewarded by doing the right things.

      Indeed, our rapid growth can be a challenge. But as you’ve pointed out, our management team is attentive to the needs of our colleagues and do offer support as needed. And it seems the rewards you mention for “doing the right things” are to your liking. We’re glad to hear it.

      along with any high growth company change is something you have to be willing to accept. Nothing is a surprise and management does a great job setting expectations.
