      -Good place if to work if you are able to ramp up quickly enough to buy your self some slack

      -Expectations are usually not realistically set

      TriNet is a great opportunity (if you are willing to work)

      Pros

      High energy environment with unlimited opportunities. First couple of weeks are demanding and can be confusing, but once you work through them, SDR role becomes easier as you master efficiencies of role. Success is not dependent upon anyone else other than yourself.

      Cons

      Growing so fast not so everything gets addressed in a timely manner. Patience and flexibility is required.
