Pros

Competitive salary located close to home.

Cons

Job performance does not matter, doing what the control freaks in charge of the department is the only thing that matters. I have never been in a less supportive environment in my life. They fired one of the staff because she was pregnant.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences working for TriNet. TriNet has a formal performance management process and we take that process very seriously, from establishing goals to ensuring that each and every colleague has a performance review based upon the colleague’s performance. That said, it is only through feedback from our colleagues that we can constantly improve and grow as an employer. If you have any other detailed feedback that you would like to share, please send it to MYHR@trinet.com. Or, to make an anonymous complaint, use TriNet’s confidential reporting system, Convercent. You may access this system by calling 888.832.6044 or visiting their website at www.convercent.com/report. We would especially appreciate any detailed information related to your assertion that an employee was fired because she was pregnant, as we are dedicated to compliance with all applicable laws and certainly to the laws prohibiting discrimination based on pregnancy.

Cons

It can be stressful. Hard work. Long hours. But the challenges help to refine you, personally and professionally, at least they did for me.
