      compelling value proposition that can make a significant impact on client companies and their employees; professional and committed staff; reasonable work life balance and little travel

      Cons

      company experienced significant turnover in some leadership positions and across a few functional groups; many acquisitions & integrations that resulted in difficult internal systems and resource challenges and some service breakdowns, especially in 2010-11.

      The implementation of micromanagement around number of calls, appointments, etc makes for people focusing on the wrong things.
