      Pros

      The most amazing place I have ever worked. I thought I knew what great culture was before i came here. Senior Management is truly inspiring and there is a plenty of room for promotion as well as money to be made. Lightning only strikes the ground every so often,..this is one of those times. This industry is exploding in the northeast. If you are willing to work hard you will be compensated well for your efforts. This company values family and work/life balance.
