Pros

This is an organization that walks the walk and talks the talk. Everyday they allow me to become better at everything I do both professionally and personally. TriNet encourages and enables one to make decisions for the good of their clients both internally and externally. I have worked for many organizations and never have I experienced and organization like TriNet, The leadership has a great vision and knows how to execute. All of this and they provide excellent benefits and compensation packages as well.

Cons

None, unless you call a great work environment and great leadership a negative.

Pros

Vision, strategy and culture from CEO, Burton Goldfield down to executives, managers and field. Rich compensation plans to earn unlimited commissions, strong benefit packages and career advancement opportunities. The company invests in its people with training and tools. I am inspired everyday to do a better job so I can impact our clients and colleagues in a positive way.

Cons

We are growing super fast so we need more talent to join us on this once in a life time journey.

Pros

TriNet is a good company to work for, the company offers competitive benefits and salary. I feel so lucky to be part of this great team as I our team is always out to help each other. I have so many resources (including colleagues, professional subscriptions and internal resources) available to me it sometimes can be overwhelming and be too good to be true. The work flexibility really contributes to my personal need for work/life balance. When I began working at TriNet, I was (and still am) so excited to be able to interact with many and different companies that were the size that they are. I genuinely enjoy my clients and their diversity.

Cons

There really are not any Cons. My job is genuinely hard and challenging. Because of the resources available to me, I am learning something new everyday which I love. One of the hardest parts is finding the right person within TriNet to speak with but this is where my experienced colleagues come into play. If you are a person who does not want to take advantage of opportunities given to you, TriNet is not the place for you.
