Pros

TriNet is an awesome place to work. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, it is definitely where you want to be. TriNet gives you all the tools to be successful. Competitive salary, generous benefits and a generous expense account. TriNet is very focused on tapping into your referral network and attending networking events. The leadership team and executives are very supportive and are there to help win the business with you as a team. If you are looking at the PEO business, TriNet is the place to be.

Cons

You definitely need to be of the entrepreneurial mindset and be able to figure some things out on your own with little direction.

Pros

I have been with TriNet for over 10 years. You learn a ton in this position: Human Capital Consultant. Lots of opportunities for growth, and challenges too. Like most anything, it's what you make of it. The company is growing rapidly and you need to be able to adapt to a lot of change. Very fast paced. Management does a great job of communicating with employees. Benefits are great. Overall, very satisfied.

Cons

This is a challenging role. I don't know if this is so much a con. You’re expected to be proactive not only with client needs, but also with prep involved with investigating an inquiry (internal or external). This is not the ideal job for someone who wants things provided to them. If you put forth the effort, the opportunities are there.
