We do take pride in our exceptional employees, and continue to look for new ways to recognize and reward high performing individuals in ways that are meaningful to them. Our Organizational & Talent Development team is in the midst of bringing change management courses to all colleagues in the organization and we will continue on that path as the year progresses.
