Pros

The company benefits are great.

Cons

Executive team appears to be unethical and only concerned with themselves and not the welfare of the employees. It's about who you know not what you actually do for the company.

Thank you for your feedback. TriNet strives to be an ethical place to work and do business in and has an anonymous Ethics Point hotline for colleagues to report any ethical concerns. We are particularly sorry to hear your comment about the executive leadership, as integrity, passion for the company and its employees and commitment to a building a workplace that’s great for all employees are key building stones for the foundation of TriNet. While we can’t speak for your specific situation and concerns, we can assure you we focus on making TriNet a “Great Place to Work” by conducting our Trust Index survey to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement. We do not believe that favoritism is a common occurrence and it should be reported where it occurs. Our goal is to encourage a performance driven culture at TriNet through recognizing and rewarding the best and brightest.

Pros

The people and the clients. Top notch, dedicated, focused. The people genuinely work hard to support the clients and deliver great service. The clients are, for the most part, professional caliber and great to work with.

Cons

The leadership and management, especially within the human capital group. It's "their way or the highway". Many good people have left as a result but no one seems to notice. Some really talented people have given all they know only to be let go or leave in disgust.

We agree that the client services team is comprised of wonderful employees who are dedicated to doing excellent work. High attrition within any department is concerning to the company as a whole. We monitor these situations closely and address them as quickly as possible. We have been working on making TriNet a “Great Place to Work” by conducting our Trust Index survey to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement. Based on feedback captured, we work hard to deliver results to departments and create colleague committees to address areas of improvement within our organization. Thank you for your feedback.

If you are a current employee, we would encourage you to reach out to our VP of Sales or our HR department. That way, we can work to resolve the frustrations you're experiencing. In particular, we are happy to explain any perceived pay inequities and would appreciate an opportunity to clarify the quotas and the system behind them.
