      Pros

      -People in your immediate team tend to be great -Exposure to the HR world -Some Incentives (bonus, cash, gift cards)

      Cons

      -Technology issues -Departments do not embrace a "team" atmosphere -Large disconnect from SR. Management and day to day staff -Position is advertised and marketed as "consultative" when in fact you are just an admin - Lack of acknowledgement on mistakes. Response is frequently "just happened" - Limited career options

      Decent benefits, but not transparent

      Pros

      Good health benefits, salary, and time off. Really liked my colleagues.

      Cons

      Felt management was not very transparent about issues, especially when easily noticeable. (e.g. Significant client issues over a period of 6 months because of internal technical issues, and the entire response was "we had some difficult moments, but got through it and everything went well." That was not true for anyone who was actually part of it.)

      Amazing Co Workers in my office.

      Cons

      No work life balance atleast in my department. Horrible Upper Management. I was told I was getting a promotion and they worked me and used me until they fazed out the whole payroll department in my State
