      Tough Gig But Can Be Rewarding. You’ll be nothing but a #. Tough on moral

      Benefits are great. The people are nice. Solid Training.

      Cons

      Growing fast and there is a large disconnect between sales staff and managers. There is an even larger disconnect between admin support, underwriters, etc and sales staff. You are on an island and are asked to survive with 2 rocks and and a stick. Then when you start to starve to death, they take away the stick. Just be prepared to be a robot and nothing but a # or key metric. This will be a tough gig long term. Tough on the mind.

      great money And the product itself can be great if the technology works

      Cons

      And if you are in a vertical that is doing well that’s good but they are starting to spread service so thin that many clients will be doomed

      Benefits package. Free lunch.

      Cons

      Culture. Lack of structure. Training. Not a friendly environment. Favoritism. Management remained oblivious to culture changes in the department. Unproductive weekly team meetings (meetings are focused more on personal issues). Very unorganized. No communication or people skills.
