Burn out quickly

Pros

Pockets of camaraderie around the organization.

Cons

1. Suggestions are always met with resistance. Response is “we’ve been doing things this way and invested so much time and effort that we can’t change it”. Instead bandage solutions are put in place while the issues continue to fester in the background and cause further problems down the line. 2. High employee turnover, some long time employees are being driven away. 3. Pay is lower than market.
