Pros

Few folks in leadership actually care about their people. Majority don't, seriously. For TriNet, it's all about their company over anything and everything - not the people who do the hard work. The CEO tries to be an advocate for sales, but other Execs seem to be controlling what actually happens which is to the detriment of the company. TriNet tries to be innovative, but fail to do it every step of the way. If you're looking for a place to make you resilient, TriNet is the place, as every day you'll feel like you're running up Mt. Everest with 200lbs on your back with no help.

Cons

TriNet will always do what's in TriNet's best interest at the detriment of their employees. Little value is placed on the employees. They expect the highest performance, while literally giving you the tools, the capacity, the training or the leadership to perform. You're in TriNet's world, you can make recommendations that fall on deaf ears. TriNet has the worst sales turnover. They under prepare their new hires, the leadership they have training are ill suited leaders and what's worse is that the new hires see a culture of "lack of effort, tenacity and sales efficacy." It's a dog eat dog world at TriNet, people don't work together, they are always at each others throats. Executives at TriNet seem to live in a delusional world, not knowing what is really happening on the ground level. They make corporate decisions that negatively impact their clients, their clients employees and TriNet corporate employees. Those decisions force Sales folk to not only try to sell, but also now they are customer service, customer support and always doing this with an incredible internal struggle. Nothing is easy at TriNet.
