      Good cost benefits, Good CEO, Great Marketing

      Cons

      Worst company culture I've ever experienced. Managers cultivated a high school feeling where people gossiped negatively about others and promoted a "cool kids club" that alienated others. The way that partnership works in the office further negatively promotes that culture. You are forced to work with other sales reps and split out your commissions if your prospect is not in your narrow assigned "vertical" and because there are no territories or identified partnerships between verticals, it furthers the popularity contest vibe. I literally could not wait to RUN away from this job which is crazy to say because I had wanted to work for TriNet for years. Also- be prepared to take down almost all of your commissions because the service provided to your clients is TERRIBLE and they will all want to leave!!

      The company offers good benefits.

      Cons

      The company boasts and presents itself to be a great employer. It is far from truth, the best leaders are departed or departing. The organization does not value leadership qualities, it places value on people who do not bring a great culture, trust or a good work ethic. I have witnessed too many people departing for unfair, not well documented and nothing attributed to their performance. The CEO cares about his people, his middle managers do not carry the same values.
