Pros

Solid benefits, including 4% 401k match of base salary. Work isn't bad if you have a good manager.

Cons

At least they finally fired the CFO, but senior leadership here is clueless. There's a new head of sales/revenue every year, people I talked to are miserable, and a lot of good people left the organization, either voluntarily or otherwise. No wonder the stock has dropped from >$130 to under $60. Hard to believe the CEO still has a job.

Pros

Absolutely positively nothing at all.

Cons

Ever since the new CEO took over it's all gone down hill... they constantly told staff that they would not get rid of remote work and suddenly they are enforcing RTO policies. They constantly lie to their employees and get rid of people unceremoniously and quietly... truly the worst... they constantly change their policies and price structure to give the clients the good ole shaft...
