      A once-great company is rapidly losing its way.

      Pros

      The company offers a decent benefits package with a solid 401k match. The people I work with directly are knowledgeable, collaborative, and genuinely good colleagues.

      Cons

      Recent leadership changes have caused an unsettling shift in company culture. There is a new emphasis on labor arbitrage, leading to constant restructurings and the loss of talented, long-tenured colleagues. A new policy effectively blocks remote workers from any internal promotions or transfers unless they relocate to Atlanta, creating significant career stagnation for a large part of the workforce.

      flexibility to work remote or hybrid okay benefits - health care cost and coverage is getting worse every year

      Cons

      no direction too many layoffs main focus is on AI and overseas labor, not the American workforce nowhere for career growth unless you're in sales (or want to move overseas) too many people in high positions making decisions that are completely clueless on how processes are actually done

      Cons

      All of the layoffs. Since Burton left all this company is focusing on is outsourcing. Certain that I’ll be laid off soon. I used to praise this company to everyone but the culture and environment is not the same.
