Pros

- The culture is great, everyone is commutative and encouraging to one another. - Option to be creative with your pitches and choose what to say. - Promotes within.

Cons

- One of my biggest cons is the pay, you’ll mainly make the base minimum pay to start which is not ideal with bills. In the event you do get a deal, it’s rare so I wouldn’t expect commission right away. - Territories go to people with seniority which doesn’t offer a great opportunity for newcomers with experience in the industry.
