Management is great, everyone is super friendly, working here is honestly great. Benefits are really good and you are treated like a real person.

Cons

SDRs are seen as the low man on the totem pole which is fine, but the goal is to do more. There seems to be little growth opportunites within the company. Although there are growth plans and talks of growth, I only know two people that have been able to grow out of their position and I have been here for over a year. I wish there was more of a goal in sight so it felt like you were working towards something.
