Pros

Good benefits and flexibility. Room to grow depending on your department.

Cons

Top heavy organization that keeps hiring more VP’s and less individual contributors where the work is needed. No transparency across business lines, they quietly do re-orgs so the public doesn’t hear that business is struggling. Millions of dollars go to their marketing campaigns talking about how much #peoplematter, when in fact, their own employees are not respected or treated well by upper management across the organization. Unhappy employees makes for a negative culture and that has drastically changed in the last few years for the worst.

Pros

Great Benefits, Excellent Training, decent office culture

Cons

Management only cares if you hit your number, minimal support to help you get there. Lack of accepting responsibility from management. Internal service issues kill the deals you are able to get across the line. This job is not for the faint of heart, it will be the hardest job you have ever had.
