      Pros

      working from home - the system required I enter more characters here, apparently a minimum of twenty words are required

      Cons

      For an HR company they make horrible decisions regarding who should be promoted to Human Capital Directors and Director of Sales positions.

      Losing the culture

      Pros

      Some great people work here, with great ideas and a genuine drive to serve the customers.

      Cons

      Constant change, reprioritization, loss of culture of fun. HR doesn't care, management often doesn't acknowledge you. There's a lot of silos.
