Pros

They company as in TriNet, does value you as an employee. It was definitely one of the first things i noticed when i started. They give you lots of tools to help you succeed because it is a hard sell. TriNet also has a wonderful brand recognition and most customers are happy.

Cons

Even though they are constantly saying there is room for advancement, being a young woman I would never advance. It is definitely one of the most hostile work places i have experienced which lead to me dreading going into work. It was deemed acceptable and excusable instead of addressing the issue. There is no work life balance, especially in the Championship season (half the year) when you are expected to work at least 12 hour days. The product is being more price driven on the back end without the sales and product connection which is a connection of the company going public and the accounting department seeing the possibilities of the profit mark.

Pros

Competitive salary located close to home.

Cons

Job performance does not matter, doing what the control freaks in charge of the department is the only thing that matters. I have never been in a less supportive environment in my life. They fired one of the staff because she was pregnant.

Pros

none that I can think of

Cons

I get a different answer every time I call them with a question depending on whom I speak with. They could not even do the math correctly to figure out how much to deduct from my HSA, gave me misinformation about both vision insurance and 401k information, and in both of those instances, pointed the finger at the other entity, VSP vision insurance, and Transamerica, the company they use for 401k accounts. Each time I had to request a 3 way call with TriNet and the company they were trying to pin the blame on for the errors. Prior to this I also interviewed for a sales position there and found both the outside recruiter they used and the hiring manager to be extremely unprofessional.
